Having been for over three decades in the embedded systems domain and leadership in safety-critical industries, including Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Space, Industrial, Medical, Rail, Nuclear and so on, Mr.Shinto specializes in mentoring, innovation, and tech regulation advocacy.
He has built many successful organizations with high performing teams. Mr.Shinto maintains active affiliations with prominent organizations in industry, regulatory, technology, government, academia and social sectors.
Currently he is Co-Founder and Managing Director, Aegiz Technology Pvt. Ltd., a company focusing on Aerospace and Defence certification advisory services. After heading LDRA’s South East Asia & ANZ operations, he is now Director, Market Development at TASKING India and member, board of directors at LDRA India.
He is a member at ITSSE and Defence Drones Standards committees, Directorate of Defence Standards under Ministry of Defence (MoD), Government of India. At Bureau of Indian Standards BIS, he is part is many national standardization committees.
Along with corporate and technology regulation areas, his interests also foray into exploring macroeconomics, geopolitics and psychology. He has served several universities under various capacities- Board of Governance, Board of Studies, Academic Advisory Boards Innovation Councils etc.
He holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from TKM College of Engineering, Kerala, and an MBA in Marketing from CHRIST Deemed to be University Bengaluru.
